About Kamlesh Khokhani:
Currently spearheading a rapidly growing pharma company, he started at a very early age of 20 years before doing MBA.
He transformed family business single-handedly from a local distribution company to an export oriented company focusing only on exports.
He then took a sabbatical to do an MBA from Newport University, USA and then resumed the export business after MBA and focused on marketing to overseas customers. He broke traditional distribution channel of European traders and established direct contacts with the end users.
His was the first company to enter South American market directly in competition with large European traders and Dr. Reddy’s who were the only ones present at that time by gaining trust and confidence of factory owners for marketing their products through Quality Management and Sales Management.
He faced numerous challenges as an entrepreneur and running the family business which was handled independently. He has gone through a lot of challenges and fought each of them and come out of it with better learning experience and knowledge.
