Add people more qualified than you in your team

If everybody in our company is less qualified than us, how can the company go beyond the frontiers of our abilities? In such situations, our company will always remain constrained by our limitations.
Large companies have hundreds or thousands of people who are more qualified and more experienced than their owners.
If we can bring people bigger than us to work for our company, then only it can grow.
