People copy name, logo, packaging, look of the product and some other obvious things from successful companies. Such copying is easy.
But, can anybody copy the mission, values, vision, policies, quality, efficiency and the enthusiasm of their staff members?
Imitators copy the external, visual things. But the internal soul of a company can’t be copied, and hence, copies fail.
So, it is wasteful to copy a successful company or brand.
