Growing A Business Is Like Scaling Mount Everest

Growing a business is like scaling Mount Everest.

On an expedition to Mt Everest, there are various stages or camps as we move up. The mountaineers have to change their approach after every stage because temperature decreases, the air becomes thinner, risks and the seriousness of consequences increase.

In the business also, if we can change our approach and tweak our strategy as the size increases, we can continue moving ahead and certainly reach the top.

If we can’t adapt our response to the mounting challenges as we grow, our current stage becomes the peak. We have to limit our ambitions.
