Involve everybody present in meetings.
In training or demonstration type of meetings, if one person speaks and others listen, that is understandable.
But, in meetings held for discussions or for reviews, if only the leader or few others are speaking and the rest are sitting there idle acting as mute spectators, those meetings will waste a lot of time.
Staff meetings should not be held only for preachings, but they should help in uniting the team and providing the right direction for all.
