In a meeting, if everybody just talks and nobody notes down the actions to be taken, that meeting will result in no progress. We see such pointless, endless, meaningless discussions in society meetings. They result in a complete waste of time and energy.
Our business meetings should not be ineffective like society meetings. For effective meetings, make sure that everybody comes with something to take notes on and also notes down actions. You need to follow the same rule yourself. We should not go into a meeting without a notepad or something to write on.
