There may be some people with a negative attitude who cause a lot of headaches for the boss as well as the team. They are undisciplined. They always create hurdles for the other staff members. With their unfriendly behavior, they also make the customers unhappy or increase their troubles. To accommodate such elements, you may try to explain or counsel them or give them some other role. Mostly, this will not make much difference. A negative attitude is generally incurable.
We have read a story that if a mango in a box full of mangoes is rotten, it is advisable to isolate and remove such fruit from the box. Otherwise, the rot will spread among the other normal fruits.
Headaches can’t be solved by explanation. You have to treat them. You need to act.
Only when you remove a headache from the system, others will be able to work peacefully.
