Make sure that the self-esteem of our people is not hurt

If you have to scold or give negative feedback to anybody on your staff, please do it one-to-one. Don’t do that in front of others.

And,

If you have to appreciate some staff members, do it in front of all.

We have to make sure that the self-esteem of our people is not hurt. At least not by our thoughtless actions.
