Lets not bring emotions between in to your business

FREE
Sometimes, the rigidity or emotional immaturity of some old staff members becomes an obstacle in business. In the initial years, these employees have been very useful, but as the business grows in size, the type of problems changes. The business needs to introduce a lot of changes. Changes need an open mind. Some old employees can’t change because of the fear of losing power or importance. Lack of education or knowledge also resists change. Such rigidity becomes an obstacle to the growth path.
Don’t let their weakness or limitations cripple your business. If the freshness of new ideas, new enthusiasm and new initiatives are not introduced regularly in a business, it won’t be able to compete. Try to explain this to them and involve them in this journey.
But finally, if the passenger does not agree to participate as per the new rules, the bus should go ahead. A bus can’t change its route or speed for every passenger. If, due to gratefulness or obligation, you do not wish to remove your old employees, park them somewhere harmless. Bypass the impact of their limitation on business. Take business decisions as per the realities of the situation. Don’t bring emotions there.
