Sometimes, some entrepreneurs are heard saying:
“I consider my staff as my family members. In our company, everybody works like a family.”
If this is really true, then we should treat each staff member just as we treat our children or our family members.
If we have different rules for our family and our staff, if we are partial, then this talk of “family members” is only a theory.
And, if our practical and theory are different, then our staff will realize the emptiness of our statements.
Our practical behavior towards our staff members should be such that the staff members find the theory of “family members” true.
