While initiating any new project or task in business, tell your team what is to be done. You may give them some guidance about how to do it, but leave the rest on them. Let them decide how to go about it. Don’t go into too much of detail. Most probably, they will do a very good job. Sometimes, you may be amazed by their creativity and innovative ideas.
We all have more capability within us than we know. Sometimes, we don’t recognize our own potential. Similarly, our staff members also have more potential than what we assume. Sometimes they need to be given an opportunity and freedom.
