Does your office have Anand?

I visit two different offices frequently. Both have office assistants named Anand. Both are at a low position in their company, but both do their work with complete responsibility, dedication and a positive attitude. They both treat the visitors in the company very politely and respectfully. They take good care of them. They also remember the tastes and choices of tea-coffee etc. of regular visitors.

Their positive behavior generates a very positive image of the company in the visitors’ minds.

We all must have such Anands in our offices, factories, showrooms.

But we will have to do something to find and retain such Anands. If we consciously try and do such things, then only Anand will come and stay…!
