If we can give authority to the right people in our team to make decisions about the day-to-day common, operational things which don’t make much difference, then we will be freed from the routine matters and we can get time for focusing on more important matters of planning for the future. If we keep all decision-making authority with us, then our time will be wasted on unnecessary issues. Also, we won’t be able to develop responsible people in our team.
To grow our business, we must make sure that our time is spent most productively and we develop the people who can take and fulfill responsibilities.
