We may give the best quality or service, but in the end, the customers will evaluate all that with their own individual preferences, beliefs and nature. They would have their own perspective.
Some customers may find faults with a top class Mercedes or an iPhone. They may also not like the food at a five-star hotel like Taj.
Keep this in mind. We won’t be able to satisfy ALL the customers. But, we should try that if not all, maximum customers’ perspectives prefer our product or service.
