Selecting good people for our business is art. It is helpful to hone this craft. We cannot select the right people merely based on the resumes on paper. Test and judge people on a realistic basis. Sometimes, our judgment may go wrong also and we may select the wrong people. When we realize such a mistake and we feel that we have taken a wrong passenger on board, we must not delay in getting them off the bus. Troublesome people will reduce the speed of our bus. Once we realize this, we must not take them along further.
