Every business has two types of employees:
The first are those, who try to complete every task or assignment given to them. They try to do everything possible by them to finish the job properly. These people are dependable.
The second type is those who will find out reasons or excuses for not completing a task given to them. They will leave things unfinished or delay it. They will always do a shoddy job.
If you observe carefully, your business also may have employees of both these types.
To strengthen your business, make sure that the number of the first type of employees increases and the second type, reduces.
